The SYS-1000C rice nursery seeder is a fixed automatic tray seeding production line designed for rice seedling raising. Powered by electric motor, the machine adopts a compound transmission structure combining belt, chain and conveying rollers. Its overall dimension reaches 8660 × 540 × 1140 mm, which fits indoor seedling workshops and commercial seedling bases well. It achieves stable hourly productivity of ≥1000 trays, meeting the high-volume seedling preparation demand of medium and large-scale rice planting operations. Functions

The machine executes the full automatic continuous workflow: Tray Conveying → Base Soil Laying → Soil Compacting → Water Sprinkling → Seeding → Covering Soil.

• Tray conveying: Seedling trays are automatically transported along the roller conveyor line to realize non-stop feeding.
• Base soil laying: The hopper-type soil laying device spreads substrate evenly onto each seedling tray.
• Soil compacting: Compresses the base substrate to form flat, firm seedbed for rice seeds.
